Canary Test is pleased to present Wilt Part II, an evolving exhibition featuring twelve Los Angeles florists who present site-specific arrangements accompanied by live sound scores. In
Wilt, florists embrace the natural aging process of their arrangements. Some creations visibly transform over the viewing hours, while others incorporate dried elements or tools designed to endure the gallery’s unique environment. The exhibition unfolds across three receptions, with four florists showcasing their distinctive arrangements each week alongside a sound score composed live on the opening receptions by a different musical collaborator. Arrangements across all three weeks of Wilt use foraged materials from Test Plot’s community gardens across Los Angeles.
